About

All my life I have struggled with my weight. For the majority of it I have been overweight. I decided that I’ve had enough of the couch potato lifestyle and am ready to be fit for the rest of my life. Through this blog im going to document my fitness journey in all aspects, workouts, eating, and struggles along the way. Another aspect of my writing will be gluten-free food, I have a gluten intolerance and try as hard as I can not to make it a crutch. I’m attempting to embrace gluten-free & clean eating. To complicate things a little more I also recently became vegan. This is going to take a little getting used to but it’s also a welcome challenge 🙂

  5. Thanks for taking the time to check out my blog. I appreciate it! I also applaud you for your efforts in getting into shape. It takes guts to put yourself out there publicly but I believe that good fortune smiles on those who dare to take a risk. Keep hammering away at it & you will get there!

  7. Well hello there!!
I wanna say thanks for being one of my consistent followers, it means a’lot that I can get the attention of one person. So tell me a bit about yourself… What do you do for fun? What does your regime consist of?
Ive got something you can do to tone up a bit. Simply watch yourself in the mirror and flex in different poses, hold each pose for about 60 seconds holding and squeezing as tight as you can. This will help with definition, you’ll start to notice results in just a week bro! # PROMISE
YOU however though have to commit in order to see results and I know for a fact you have no problem with commitment.
Anyway write back man, I’d like to exchange information, you can always learn something new from someone ya know

    • Your welcome, I really enjoy your blog. I’m really busy these days with work and fitness but when I do get free time I like to go to concerts and movies with friends and my wife. I am currently getting ready for a Body Pump instructor certification course as well as a spartan race. My fitness regime consists of 3 days of lifting, 1-2 days of yoga/thai chi/ Pilates, and 1-2 days of cardio. Thanks for the definition tip. What kind of poses do you recommend?
