Pumping it up!

Tonight was another session of body pump. As I was going through the tracks, my mind kept telling me you can put on more weight than this. I didn’t push myself as much as I could have but I know where to up my weights for Wednesday. On the chest track I’m going to up my weight to 17kg, tricep track to 15kg, and possibly up squats to 22kg. I’ll let you know how it goes. With my training about 3 weeks away, i’m try to balance between increasing my weight and just working on form. Have a great Monday night everyone 🙂
