It’s been over a week since I last posted. I have been really busy with work and didn’t find any time to post until today, sorry. Last friday I caught a cold and felt terrible all weekend 😦 I didn’t make it back to the gym until monday night body pump. My body felt a little sluggish from missing a few workout and recovering from a cold but I made it though the whole class. Tuesday I went thought my regular lifting routine and was able to increase my inclined leg press weight to 360lb!!! Tonight I went to body combat for the first time which was way more fun that I thought it would be. Body combat is an hour long martial arts cardio class which left my drenched in sweat. I loved it and can’t wait till next week. Below are my weekly progress pictures. Have a wonderful end of the week and weekend everyone.
