This week has been pretty hectic but I thought I’d make a short post about what vitamins I take daily. I take a multivitamin, 2 flax seed oil, one calcium/ iron (basically stuff I don’t get much of because I don’t eat dairy), and a vitamin b6/ b12/ folic acid. All the vitamins I take are geared for vegans so I make sure I receive all my daily nutrients. What vitamins or supplements do you take?
As I said earlier this week has been very crazy so when I got off work today I went to the gym and sweated our my frustrations. Now I feel calm and ready for a relaxing weekend 🙂 I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.
