Midweek Quick Update

Just got home from body pump and it felt fantastic. I was feeling a little sad that I wasn’t able to make it to the gym the past 2 days but I’m glad I made it to class tonight. The workout was challenging and I increased my weight on squats to 12kg. My legs are getting pretty firm which is great, my stomach is getting flatter, I’m starting to get definition in my arms and I just feel wonderful all over. For dinner tonight I had gluten free vegan Pad Thai with tofu, sooooo good!!! How is everyone’s fitness goals going so far this year?
