Tonight me and my spouse went to our second bodypump class. We got to the gym a little early and the instructor talked to us for a while and was excited we came back. We told her that we were pretty much sore the entire previous week. She said that amount of soreness is normal for people just starting bodypump. She recommended coming to class twice a week to combat soreness. This was surprising to us but were probably going to take the advice and go to class on Saturday. I’m already starting to feel super sore but I also feel wonderful at the same time. Bodypump is pretty awesome and challenging, I was shaking by the end again haha. Trying out at the group fitness offered is a fun supplement to my regular gym routine.
