First off I would to say that I’m not complaining but I can barely walk. As I mentioned last night me and my spouse went to our first body pump class, which was awesome. Today I had a session with my personal trainer, also really awesome. After all that I can barely walk, my legs are jelly. I fitness is still kind of a new thing for me, I am learning to embrace the pain. Looking forward to relaxing after work tomorrow 🙂 has anyone else had difficult work outs this week?
