As I write this post my whole body is trembling. Just finished my third session with a personal trainer, today was by far the most difficult. This is the first time I can remember shaking and being so tired from anything besides cardio. My arms are dead and I’m loving it. As I mentioned in previous posts the gym I go to caters to bodybuilding which was very scary at first but now that I have a plan worked out I can stand confident working out next to monster men/ women 🙂
I also went to my usual Thursday morning spin class. The new Thursday instructor was a lot more hardcore than the Tuesday one. It was pretty much 50 minutes of nonstop hill climbing. To wrap this up I had 2 awesome work outs today and am excited I can finally relax this evening!
