Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

My spouse and I started our holiday morning with a 6am spin class. It was quite tempting to stay in bed when the alarm went off but now that it’s over im glad we pushed through(side note, my legs are killing me). After we got home we started making our contribution to thanksgiving dinner. Everyone else in our family eats gluten so we made gluten free caramel apple pie, stuffing, and pumpkin pie. Luckily our family is also attempting to cook some things that are gluten free and aren’t stuffing the turkey. Here’s a few pictures of the caramel apple pie in the making as well as the final product. I hope all you of you have a wonderful holiday, possibly get a workout in, and enjoy a wonderful meal.
