One of my goals is to increase my skills in the kitchen, which are mediocre at best. Tonight I made gluten-free, dairy free, healthy, chocolate chip cookies (what a mouthful) from scratch. They only contain a few ingredients, almond flour, baking soda, salt, canola oil, agave nectar, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. If you would like the recipe feel free to ask in the comments.
